0.6/1kv overhead insulated wire provides 120 volt aerial service for temporary services of construction sites, outdoor or street lighting.

The 0.6/1kv ABC cable service drop cable is applicable to copper core, aluminum core or aluminum alloy core weather resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated overhead cables for overhead power lines with AC rated voltage U0 / U of 0.6/1kv and below.

Applicable conditions of 1kV overhead insulated cable

1. The rated voltage U0 / u is 0.6/1kv.

2. Long term allowable working temperature of cable conductor: PVC and polyethylene insulation shall not exceed 70 ℃; XLPE insulation shall not exceed 90 ℃.

3. The laying temperature of the cable shall not be lower than - 20 ℃.

4. Allowable bending radius of cable: if the outer diameter (d) of cable is less than 25mm, it shall not be less than 4D; If the outer diameter (d) of the cable is 25mm or more, it shall not be less than 6D.
